Student wellbeing and safety are key priorities.
We are committed to providing inclusive and supportive training; a respectful environment; and a safe space where all participants, regardless of their needs or challenges, can thrive in their martial arts journey. To support this, we have produced the Unit 12 Martial Arts Club Handbook and Terms and Conditions, which we encourage you to read before training with us. The Terms and Conditions form the basis of our contract with you, whilst the Club Handbook contains useful key information and policies, including training rules and our Safeguarding policy. The Safeguarding lead for Unit 12 Martial Arts is Ashley Stocker. Please contact Ashley at contact@unit12gosport.com or speak to him directly on site if you have any questions or concerns.
Before your first lesson, you will be asked to read and sign the Club’s New Joiner Form, which contains assumption of risk statements and a core safety briefing. If you decide to continue training with us, you will need to pay an annual membership fee within 28 days of starting training, which includes essential student insurance.
